Bold SMAC Designs is a boutique residential design firm in the heart of Atlanta, GA. With over 25 years of experience, we specialize in residential design while also serving clients in the hospitality and film/television industries. Whether you need a complete new home design, renovation, or addition to your existing home, we have the perfect solution for your project. We provide customized 3D renderings, allowing you to visualize your project before construction begins.

We expertly blend your cherished antiques and family heirlooms with our signature clean-line aesthetic to create spaces that showcase your unique story.
STEP 1
Free Consultation
We schedule a convenient time to meet with you to understand your specific needs and wish list for your home while introducing you to Bold SMAC. Whether through an in-person meeting or video conference call, we're always available to discuss your vision for a new home or remodel design.
STEP 2
Proposal, Design Services Agreement, and Initial Estimate
After our initial consultation, we draft a proposal and estimate for your design project. When you're ready to proceed, simply return the signed agreement along with your deposit based on the initial estimate. Once we receive both, your design journey begins.
STEP 3
Floor Plans and Elevations
Based on your individual needs and wish list, we create a first draft of a unique home design for review.
STEP 4
Design Revisions
Our standard package includes two rounds of design revisions. Through experience, we've found that this approach allows us to deliver exactly what clients envision while keeping the design process streamlined and efficient.
STEP 5
Construction Plan Set
Construction Plan Set After your approval of the design, we create the complete construction documents. Please request a detailed descriptions of each page in the Construction Plan Set.
STEP 6
Delivery of Design, Plans, and 3D Renderings & 3D Models
Upon completion, we email the approved and released files to our clients along with the final project invoice.
